Natalie recently helped me buy my first home and I could not speak more highly of the services I received. She was knowledgeable, kind and fun to go around and see new places with. Let me tell you something...there cannot be a better agent than Jordon. I was the buyer and he was my guy. This man hustles, and I mean he gets after it! Anything we needed, and there was a LOT, he hunted it down. Steady with advice and the advice was solid. Even went out and got bids for me on land clearing, road rehab, dragging electrical, dam building, you name it. Got me everything I needed to make the best decision. Ended up buying for almost $40K below asking price and asking price was the going rate for the area. Stop interviewing agents right now. Jordon is what you're hunting. No doubt. Call him.

I will forever use Live Texan Reality! Natalie and Jordan are two of the most patient and professional people I’ve ever met. I’ve been lucky enough to work with Natalie for the last 14 years. She found us the first house we rented back in 2011. Then when we were ready to buy a few years later is when the house market shot up. We put in offers on eight houses, and the ninth we landed. FIVE DAYS BEFORE CLOSING we found out that the seller actually didn’t own the house, that her parents did and they were in their 90s and living in Vietnam!! We were going to completely remodel the downstairs and had appliances and flooring and workers all lined up ready to start. Needless to say
I freaked out!! Natalie was right there making sure I knew that everything would work out. That house fell through and then she worked what felt like night and day to find us another house. She found us one and had our offer accepted in less than a week!! Then in 2020, My husband wanted us to move further west and I never thought him and Natalie would be able find us a house that met all the criteria that I wanted. A house went up on the market Wednesday, we saw it Thursday, loved it and she had the offer in that evening. It was accepted that Friday!!! Natalie also sold our other home. We had tons of offers, a lot of love letters along with the offers. We chose a family, the dad was a veteran, and that sacrifice is close to our hearts. That was the start of Covid and VA requirements had ended up changing and they were struggling getting their financing together. She kept us in the loop with all that she was having to do with the buyers realtor. We were getting ready to have to put it back on the market as “pending but continuing to show” That family was then able to get it all in order and we sold! Natalie and Jordan had already been amazing, but this just goes above and beyond. A few months after the sell of our old house, the family tried to sue us for $50K saying we lied about flooding durning Hurricane Harvey. We did not flood. They not only reassured me that this happens more than I would know, but they helped us get all the paperwork in order to fight it!! There is no one better than this company!! They never made me and my worries feel like a burden and treated me like family!!
