Founders and Owners
Natalie Russell is a Broker and Co-Founder of Live Texan Realty. A native Texan and 2nd generation Realtor, Natalie has extensive knowledge and experience in the Texas residential real estate market. Natalie gained much of her experience working with her father’s brokerage in Houston where she specialized in foreclosures before eventually moving to Austin, starting her own brokerage, and branching out to a larger public audience. Natalie’s drive and determination are matched only by her unparalleled desire to ensure her clients receive the best possible service and satisfaction.
Jordon is a Realtor and Co-founder of Live Texan Realty. Together with Natalie Russell, they have a combined 30 years of experience in the Texas real estate industry. Jordon confidently and successfully transitioned from an oil-and-gas career in 2014 and prides himself on his dedication to client satisfaction by providing the absolute highest standard of customer service. Jordon loves the outdoors and specializes in various aspects of farm and ranch real estate in various regions within the borders of Texas.

Kaylan is a seasoned real estate investment professional with 12 years of experience in the industry. Beyond real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and actively engaging with her local community.
As a third-generation rancher and championship horseman, Sam leverages first-hand experience and knowledge to provide best in class service to both buyers and sellers of ranch and rural properties. Together with a background in digital farm and ranch marketing, Sam’s understanding of ranch and rural property transactions allows him to advise and help clients make informed decisions. His entrepreneurial spirit and love of hunting and the outdoors means that Sam approaches each transaction with enthusiasm and creativity to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
After making her mark at EV industry leader Tesla in 2017, Paula seamlessly transitioned into the realm of commercial real estate, honing her focus on investment sales within San Antonio’s flourishing multifamily market. Paula furthered her knowledge and expertise through the formation and development of Renovari, LLC. Renovari is an industry leader in commercial and multi-family remodeling and is unparalleled in maximizing the value of real estate properties. Under the Banner of Live Texan Realty, Paula has extended her expertise into residential real estate. My career began as an NFL cheerleader for the Houston Texans, where I learned the importance of teamwork, dedication, and performance under pressure. This experience taught me how to connect with people and build lasting relationships. Transitioning into the real estate sector, I worked as a leasing agent for a luxury multifamily community. In this role, I developed a keen understanding of the luxury market and refined my ability to meet the needs of potential tenants, ensuring a seamless leasing experience. Additionally, my time as a medical device sales representative equipped me with strong sales and negotiation skills.
